Phase Three – Belgravia Park, is the last group of apartments in the Central Park project, and the final chapter in the Central Park story.
The theme of the landscaping of Belgravia Park is “forest”. This ties in with the themes of the previous three phases (phase one, phase two, phase two B) – “mountain”, “water” and“rock” – to form the Four Natural Elements. It also closely connects to the 25,000-sq m Sculpture Park (under construction) through the 40-m wide Central Walkway (under construction), to give the residents leisure and relaxation at the heart of the city, where land is at a premium.
The Chinese name of Phase Three – Hua Yuan“樺園” – resembles the Chinese term for “Finale”, and Hua“樺”, which is the name of a tree, ties in with the landscaping which characterizes the design of Phase Three. The English name, Belgravia Park, is the name of the most expensive, most prestigious residential area in London. The value and property prices in that area has been on the rise for over a century. The name shows that the last phase of Central Park, as a premium property, has great potentials to appreciate in value.
